Judith Hernandez-Zamudio, AMFT # 160169

Welcome! I’m Judith. Therapy begins with feeling safe enough to be fully yourself without judgment, expectations, or pressure. Whether you are seeking support for your child, your family, or yourself, every story is unique, and you deserve a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and valued. As an AMFT clinician specializing in child, adolescent, and family behavioral health, I provide a compassionate, strengths-based space where clients across the lifespan can navigate life’s challenges. While I work with individuals and families at every stage, I have a special focus on supporting children and teens. Young people don’t always have the words for what they are experiencing whether it’s trauma, anxiety, school stressors, behavioral concerns, or major family transitions like separation and divorce. Together, we explore all parts of who you are: the strengths, the struggles, the uncomfortable moments, and the messy parts. Reaching out for support can feel uncertain, and that’s completely okay. We can start with a simple conversation to see if therapy feels like the right fit for you right now. When you’re ready, support is here.
