Stefanie LaMoy, LMFT #52633 Founder & Clinical Supervisor

Welcome! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting adolescents, families, and clinicians across California. My work spans school-based mental health, wraparound services, non-public education, and private practice and I’ve had the privilege of serving in both direct care and clinical leadership roles since 2008.

Since 2015, I’ve provided BBS-compliant supervision to associate therapists and trainees in diverse settings, including public high schools, residential programs, and nonprofit agencies. I’m passionate about helping new clinicians grow into confident, ethical, and compassionate providers and about making high-quality mental health care more accessible to youth and families.

Transform and Thrive MFT exists for people who are ready to do deep, meaningful work in therapy, in supervision, and in systems that serve others. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges or leading a team of clinicians, this is a space where insight turns into action, and values drive every step.

I offer therapy, consultation, and supervision that’s flexible, transparent, and driven by purpose. If you’re ready to grow as a person, a therapist, or a leader let’s build something ethical, sustainable, and transformative together.

Helen Citrin, AMFT #140670 Mental Health Therapist Associate

My approach to therapy is gentle, compassionate, and grounded in creating a space where you can show up as you are and speak your truth. Many of my clients arrive feeling nervous to share their story, yet over time find themselves opening up about worries and experiences they’ve never felt able to express before.

I work primarily with young adults navigating past trauma, anxiety, identity exploration (religious, gender, sexuality, or a deeper sense of belonging), life transitions, family conflict, and emotional dysregulation.

I intentionally cultivate an environment where vulnerability and self-acceptance are woven into the work — while honoring that growth can feel uncomfortable at times. Wherever you are in your process, I meet you there with steadiness and presence.

Based in Del Mar, I offer primarily virtual sessions, along with unique in-person walk-and-talk therapy for local clients.

If you’re looking for a therapist who cares deeply about the work you’re doing and is willing to hold every version of you, I invite you to reach out for a 15-minute connection call to see if we’re a good fit.

Amelia Nash, LMFT#156244, APCC#9585 Mental Health Therapist

Have you and your loved one not been seeing eye to eye lately? Maybe there’s substance use involved, or you’re having conflict over other issues. It’s time to let a therapist step in and help you untangle your relationship. My clients are: parents who aren’t connecting with their teen; teens who aren’t connecting with their parent; husbands or wives who are struggling with their spouse at home; and anyone else who is struggling in a relationship.

I have a background in helping people figure out their relationship with substances like alcohol and weed. Often a conflict in a relationship stems from substance use, so I’m uniquely qualified to understand the issue. I see clients in person in Burlingame or online throughout all of California.

Even if the issue isn’t related to substances, it’s no fun to be in conflict with someone. Sometimes it takes an outside person to take a look at the situation and help you figure out how to move towards a more productive relationship, or to take steps to give it space. I’ve helped many people forge a path forward that’s best for them.

Gabriella Gelb, LMFT#162812, APCC#6965 Mental Health Therapist

Hi, I’m Gabby!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) with a passion for supporting youth and adults through life’s challenges.

Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with school-age youth. Prior to that, I supported both youth and adults with their mental health needs in a medical clinic setting. Whether in schools or clinical environments, my goal has always been the same: to offer a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

My approach is rooted in strength-based, trauma-informed, and multicultural frameworks. I believe in meeting each client exactly where they are, honoring their unique identities and experiences. Together, we’ll explore
your struggles, navigate hardships, and work toward meaningful goals.

I have experience supporting and advocating for individuals facing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and school-based challenges such as bullying, academic transitions, and navigating both 504 and IEP plans.

Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you. I’m looking forward to working with you.
